This release waiver of liability is executed on:

Releases Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue, inc that may also be called Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue, corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Texas and each of it's directors, officers, employers, agents, volunteers, drivers and anyone involved in the rescue or transport holding or attending events, on or off the property, or transporting. This volunteer, employee or 1099 self contractor, desires to provide services for Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue and engage in activities related to serving as volunteer, employee, transport driver, or 1099 self contractor.

Release and forever discharge and hold harmless Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue and its successors and assigns from any liability, claims, and demands of any nature, in law or equity, which arise or or may hereafter arise from services provided.

I understand and acknowledge that this release discharges Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue from any liability or claim that I may have against TXCR with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, theft, property damage or harm that may result from services I provide(d) to Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue.

Further, I understand that Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide me with financial or other assistance, included but not limited to medical, health, disability benefits or insurance. I waive any such claim for compensation or liability on the part of Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue.

I medically release Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue and forever discharge Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue from any liability or claim which arise during medical treatment, first aid treatment, or services rendered in connection with an emergency during tenure with Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue in the event of emergency, or medical expenses incurred by me.

I take the assumption of risk. I understand that services I provide to Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue may include activities that may be hazardous to me including, but not limited to, handling dogs, possibly dangerous dogs with behavioral and medical needs and unknown behavioral risks and aggressive behavior. I assume these risks and release Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue from liability. Working on the rescue property, there are many hazards such as large trees, snakes, scorpions, and other poisonous and hazardous materials, debris, and cleaning supplies for kennels and vans. Driving the transport vans present road risks and hazards from other drivers, weather, and unforeseen circumstances.

I release Heaven English Bulldogs Rescue from any liability for the above or any other circumstance. I expressly agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws in the state of Texas.

I agree that in the event that any clause or this Release shall not be affected. By signing below, I express my understanding and intent to enter into this Release and Waiver of liability willingly and voluntarily.
